Discussion forums can be moderated by your site
administrator or left uncensored if you prefer! Your
Site Administrator controls what topics are
available and controls the degree to which people
can add detail but it is the users themselves who
post questions. A user who has posted a question
will find that as soon as a reply is posted he or
she is alerted by e-mail and provided with a handy
link to come back to the site to view the reply and
respond further. Because other users (as well as the
Administrator) can post replies there, the
Discussion Forum encourages a sense of community and
fun and provides a very real reason to return to the
website.
Users can (optionally) post brief profiles of
themselves and give permission for other users to
e-mail them privately if they wish.
