The most valuable asset of any organisation is its
employees. HR helps an organisation to select suitable
employees. Manpower requirement is defined for
particular year, period, Zone, Department, Skill,
Designation, grade and qualification. Requirement takes
place through advertisements or consultants. Te data of
candidates is stored in database for further reference.
Interviews are scheduled and the short listed candidates
are sent interview call letters. After the interviews
are conducted, selected candidates get an appointment
letter on the basis of appointment advice.
It is also
possible to extend or cancel the appointment advice.
Direct requirement of candidates with the elimination of
interview also takes place and in this an offer letter
is generated. The induction program enables the program
to undergo essential training that is arranged by the
organisation.
Training program is for pre-existing employees of the
organisation. Details of various institutes where
employees of the company are sent for training are
maintained.
The program details are also recorded.
Certain reports have also been included on manpower
requirement, Advertisement Response Analysis, interview
schedules, Employees joining and Training Analysis.
